The outdoor swimming pool area was beautifully maintained, offering a serene escape from the Tulum heat.

The noise from the generator was quite disruptive, making it difficult to sleep comfortably .

Everything was excellent, incredible location really close to Tulum, all the bars & restaurants, and the city center here in Tulum, such great experience. The entire staff was extremely helpful and extremely helpful and nice. I had a well decorated and fashionable room with comfortable bed and climate control, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator.

The King Room with Pool View was cozy and well-equipped. The lack of a wardrobe was good. The noise from the generator was also a downside, impacting my overall comfort at night. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the spaciousness and relaxing atmosphere of the pool area.

The absence of storage space is frustrating!!! Disruptive noise from the generator disturbing sleep!!! Cleaning service was inconsistent, with unclear policies on towel changes!!! The pool could use a thorough cleaning!!!

The King Room with Pool View was perfect! Super cozy, had a balcony, tv, and even a coffee machine. The shower was awesome, and the room was quiet right by the pool. Loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers! Great spot for relaxation.

Beautiful hotel, modern aesthetic, and the bathroom is large and well equipped with luxurious linens and towels, while the mini fridge and Nespresso machine added to my comfort .

I had a cozy stay for 4 nights! The stylish room was super comfortable, and having access to a mini fridge and Nespresso machine made it even better. But it felt a bit too much like an Airbnb since there was no staff around.
